Pricing · Per event, in USD · Every feature in every tier
The price is
a headcount.
Pick the tier your attendance fits and the whole product comes with it. No per-admin seats, no module matrix, no annual platform fee.
The demo is a live event you can walk through right now. The free tier is the trial — a real event of your own for up to 5 people, no card.
Nine tiers. One variable: how many come.
Every tier is the complete product — the agenda, meetings, chat, Q&A, the venue map, badge printing, push and analytics. The cap on attendees is the only thing that moves.

- Verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits and educational institutions get 20% off the list price.
- Live support is included on events over $1,000 and available to any event as a paid option.
- Exhibitor lead retrieval isn’t included in tier pricing — it’s a separate per-event pack, priced by booths rather than attendees. See the packs below.
Going over the cap is arithmetic, not a lockout.
If registration outruns the plan, nobody gets turned away at the door. Each attendee over your cap is billed at twice the tier’s per-attendee rate. Paid tiers only — the free tier stays fixed at 5 people.
210 people on Basic = $499 + 10 × $5.00 = $549
Overage is rarely worth riding far. Basic at 300 people costs $999 — exactly what Growth charges for 500.
Support scales with the event.
Events under $1,000
Free through Growth run on email support. Write to us with the question and the event code, and a person answers.
Events over $1,000
Pro and up include live support — a human you can reach while the show is on, not just a ticket queue.
Running a smaller event but want a human on call for show days? Live support is available to any event as a paid option — ask when you book.
Lead retrieval is priced by booths, not bodies.
Exhibitors scan attendee QR codes at the booth, qualify them with their own follow-up questions, and export the list when the show closes. What costs money is how many exhibitors are scanning — not how many people walk past them.
| Pack | Exhibitors | Price | 501(c)(3) & edu −20% | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | 1 | $0 | — | Included |
| Booth | 5 | $195 | $156 | Buy |
| Expo | 15 | $495 | $396 | Buy |
| Expo+ | 40 | $995 | $796 | Buy |
| Unlimited | no cap | $1,495 | $1,196 | Buy |
- Every event starts on Trial. One exhibitor can scan, free, on any event including the free tier — so you can watch it work at your next small show before you spend anything on your next big one.
- Need one more booth than your pack holds? Extra exhibitors are $49 each.
- Packs are per event, like everything else here. Nothing renews and nothing bills you again next year.
Why these numbers.
Lead retrieval is usually sold as the thing that quietly doubles your invoice. It is the line item nobody prices publicly, which is exactly why we do.
Against the one published comparable
Sched values its lead retrieval add-on at $2,000. Ours tops out at $1,495 for unlimited exhibitors — and that is the ceiling, not the opening bid.
Against the whole bill
The number that actually matters is the total. A 1,000-person trade show with 30 booths pays $1,799 + $995 = $2,794 — still less than Eventee ($3,499) or Guidebook ($3,750), neither of which does lead capture at all.
And at the bottom of the ladder it stays proportionate. A $299 Starter event with three sponsors adds $195, not another $299. Nobody should have to double their budget to let three exhibitors scan a badge.
Lead retrieval pays for your event app.
Not a figure of speech — the arithmetic. Exhibitors expect to pay for lead scanning; it is a standard line on a booth contract, typically $99–199. You buy the pack once and resell the seats.
25 exhibitors × $149 = $3,725 − $995 pack = $2,730 clear
That covers the pack, the app, and most of the coffee. The exhibitors get a tool they were going to buy anyway, and you stop treating the event platform as a cost line.
- Charge what your market bears — you set the resale price, we don’t see it.
- Seats are assigned per exhibitor in the admin, so you control who gets one.
- Figures are an illustration, not a promise. Your booths, your rates, your show.
Run several a year? Prepay the season.
Prepay a batch of events together and every event in the batch gets the discount.
- Prepaid events are non-refundable.
- The prepay discount doesn’t stack with other discounts, including the nonprofit rate.
- Outgrow a prepaid tier and you can still move up: pay the full list-price difference to the next tier, or keep the tier and pay the full per-person rate for each attendee over the cap.

Upload your real schedule, put it on your own phone, and pick a cap when you’re ready.
